Accessing Administrative Options

Point your browser to the web page where you have installed Reg4Class. Just right after the installation, you will be automatically redirected to the login screen. Otherwise please click the Login link at the bottom of the page. You will be transferred to the login form, please enter the admin username and the password you chose in the setup procedure to access the administration panel.

Managing Your Events

Click the Events menu item to proceed.

Creating New Event

To create a new event, please go to Events >> New Event. The new event form appears.

  • Enter your new event name. For example, Yoga Class or Spiritual Readings.
  • Choose a data and time for this new event.
  • Conigure how many seats are available for this event, i.e. how many people can register for it.
  • Enter the description of the event. You can freely use any HTML code in this field, thus you can link your images from your website.

Viewing Upcoming Events

Please go to Events >> Upcoming Events. In this list you will view the list of your upcoming events (sorted by date), with the number of seats available, and the number of pending and approved registrations requests.

Managing Bookings

Now your customers will be able to browse your upcoming events and request registrations for them. As new registration request arrives, you will receive an automatic notification to your email. You will need to approve or reject this new event booking request. To manage pending registrations, please go to Bookings >> Pending. If you decline a request, it is deleted. If you approve one, it goes to the Approved list and it will also appear in the events list screen.

Configuration & Settings

Reg4Class provides a number of configuration options to help you tune the software exactly to your specific needs. To access the configuration options, please click the Settings menu item.

Notification Emails Configuration

Reg4Class sends out automatic notification emails on various actions. In Settings >> Email Settings part you can set the return email address and the sender name of these automatic emails.

Front End Experience

Reg4Class is very easy and straightforward for your customers. All they need to do is to choose an upcoming event from your list, then confirm the reqistration request. After completing the request, a customer will receive a unique reference code number that can be later used to track the status of this request.
